Apostle Deborah

About

Deborah Holland was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, where she grew up grounded in ministry under the leadership of her father, the late Pastor Wendell B. Belle Sr., and her mother, Dr. Laverne R. Belle. From an early age, she understood the weight and beauty of serving God. As a teenager, she sensed a deeper call and was baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit on January 10, 1992. Ministry has remained the focus of her life ever since.

On July 26, 1997, she married the love of her life, Sean Holland. Together, they have built a life centered on faith, family, and Kingdom purpose. She is the proud mother of Maliyah Holland and the late Sean Allen Holland Jr. (S.J.), whose life and legacy continue to shape her faith and perspective.

In June 2012, Sean and Deborah founded Oasis Family Worship Center, where they pastor side by side. The ministry is committed to advancing the Kingdom of God through biblical teaching, spiritual empowerment, and equipping believers to live according to Scripture.

With a deep burden for women, Deborah founded No Sista Left Behind in 2013, a movement that has reached women across Ohio, Virginia, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, and Iowa. Her vision is to awaken an army of prophetic women who will rise, stand in position, and take their rightful place in the Kingdom. Through teaching, mentorship, and community, she equips women to walk in victory and build strong, unified relationships.

In 2023, the Lord expanded her assignment with the birth of Oasis Network at Elim, a network of leaders, ministries, and churches she oversees and supports. She carries a strong passion for encouraging and developing leaders, helping them navigate their calling with clarity and strength.

Her book The Undefeated Womb flows from both her personal journey and her pastoral heart. Through seasons of infertility, loss, spiritual motherhood, and endurance, she has learned that purpose is not confined to biology and that faith can remain undefeated even in the face of deep disappointment. Her testimony reflects the same resilience, honesty, and spiritual authority that mark her ministry.

In addition to her ministry work, Deborah is a licensed Ohio Realtor and has served in the nonprofit sector for 19 years. She considers it a privilege and honor to serve God and people in every area of her life.
